Cannon is not that bright and very inexperienced; she surely has not been able to come up with all these clever strategies and arguments on her own.

There can be little doubt that Leonard Leo and minions at the Federalists, Fitton at Heritage, and magas have been coaching her. Her team has slyly thwarted Jack Smith by avoiding appealable orders. He has not filed motions to remove her because of fear that he will lose in Appeals.

I fear it is score 1 for team Federalist and 0 for Smith.
