15. He wasn't stuck. He just didn't want to land on the snow, so he's doing everything to not touch it.

He eventually hopped to the ground to get the seeds. He was hoping to reach the seed from the fence. He moved down the fence, getting closer and closer to the seed, but he just couldn't reach the seed without being on the snow.

We have feeders and we also spread seed on the ground. That way birds can eat as they please.
