30. If Mueller detects treason & a corrupt election, Hillary should be given

the presidency by default. Other than that, I think we might have to start fresh in 2020. It's not fair and I wouldn't mind if she ran again, but Americans are still overwhelmingly shallow and ignorant so.... whatever it takes to get the repugs out of power.
