If a foreign government is meddling with our election, wouldn't that be an act of war?

Of course, we've done the same umpteenth times - see Killing Hope by William Blum for examples - but really that wasn't "us", it was the MIC acting in secretive ways away from the democratic eyes of most citizens.

Of course, these same dark elites have been suppressing the vote and tampering with elections to protect their privileged positions and to keep the cash flowing in the "right" direction. This has been as serious - or even more serious - than "Russian" hacking in the current election. We live in interesting times.

Entertain this nightmare: Let's say pre-election polling and exit polling continue to show strong Democratic wins but, when the votes are counted, somehow Trump wins (armies of "ghost" voters again, perhaps), the Republicans retain and strengthen their strangle holds on the Senate and House. What will we do then?
