Bipartisanship and all that rubbish
In his defense, he seems to believe we should pass this in the spirit of bipartisanship and then, later, maybe go for a reconciliation bill for the rest
I'm just not buying it. You grab what you can get asap. Greater chance of getting the country behind it and having it stick
