4. How do they come up with the amounts of money Trump owes in each case?

It’s not based on what an average person could pay it seems and without knowing how much a person has it seems so random in Trump’s cases. As if the judges can make up amounts at their whim. I’m in no way defending Trump it just doesn’t make sense to me how the cost is determined.
