demonstrate how the dogs in the K9 unit are trained. He had a gorgeous GSD. He said until a K9 is 3 years old there is a strong possibility they will not follow commands even, if they have been taught those commands, and know what to do. He said until that point they are too high energy during their younger years, and get distracted too easily.

Dogs help save people's lives, but all that horrible excuse for a human KN wants to do is kill things. Sick psycho. I'd take the dog over her any day.
