...the one I keep going back to is "Soul Survivor" from "Exile."

Classic Keef riff, some slide that I assume is from Mick Taylor, and some of Jagger's most clever lyrics (and one of his best vocals).

From your list, my pick would have to be Jumpin' Jack Flash.
