(102,641 posts)Here are some useful instructions depending on if your Instant Pot has a dedicated "yogurt" function, or as in some of the latest models, a "sous vide" function button. Just remember, unless you spring for the extra $$ for ULTRAPASTEURIZED milk, you will need to heat the milk up first or your cultures won't "take." In the past five years, making (on average) 1-2 gallons/week, I calculated I have saved (at a minimum) $1200/year and part of that was with a home milk (in wonderful glass bottles) delivery service that was pretty pricey so I don't use it so much anymore.
