TCM Schedule for Wednesday, April 24: Musicals of the '60s and '70s/Star of the Month: Marlon Brando [View all]

Well, today's schedule provides a timely reminder that casting in movie musicals got weird during the '60s and '70s. I have a childhood memory of going to Manhattan in the holiday season and seeing Peter O'Toole as Mr. Chips on posters and marquees.

And has TCM ever featured Petula Clark in three different movies with three different themes in one 24-hour period?

As for evening, strap yourself in for the final evening of movies for Star of the Month Marlon Brando. TCM is taking you to the heart of darkness.
