(112,665 posts)I don't think that Joe gains much in Michigan based upon that sole piece of conventional wisdom anymore than any other Democrat. The voters there will think that Democrats have helped them out, while Trump and his cronies have hurt their economy.
You weren't able to identify any connection between Biden and Wisconsin so I don't see why there is any difference between Biden and O'Rourke. Until 2018, Democrats lost nearly every state race from 2010 onwards.
Biden will be favored in Pennsylvania, but without the other two states it won't matter.
To me, Biden sweeping the three blue wall states is as much of a weak argument for his nomination as your opinion of my outlook.
The only statewide races that Biden has won have been in Delaware which isn't saying that much due to its size, plus he hasn't won any presidential primaries in any state and this is his third time at bat.
