you may be able to coax them inside it and then check Craigslist or a local lost/found posting place/newspaper - you may be able to save them. They won't last long outside on their own....
They are probably pretty close to their home - just don't know how to get there. Are there any neighbors nearby that might know?
My birds always sought shelter in their cages; escaping always seemed like a good idea at the time.....
They belong to a neighbor to the northwest of me. We live in the country, but I can see her house from here. She coaxed them down out of a tree by sitting under it most of the afternoon and evening with the cage nearby. One came to her quickly, but the other one took awhile to coax.
They seemed content once they were back in the cage. She doesn't know how they escaped the house.
