I was just reading the post on talk radio, and I think that TV media, either cable or "free", is the way to go. The power of images alone to sway voters is enormous. Think of the "Dean scream" and other anti-democratic messages piped in relentlessly via the TV networks (except CBS ?). I know this is easy for me to advocate this from the no-risk comfort of my chair and keyboard, but hey, someone has to get the idea and run with it. Unless and until we gain parity or outright supremacy of the TV media, we will continue to LOSE. Barring a complete, unalloyed disaster in Iraq or another mini-Great Depression, we are going to LOSE in 2008 unless we get the media and a great candidate. Yes, I know both 2000 and 2004 were stolen, but does the average person really know that ? No. Why ? Because of talk radio and the TV networks are not covering it. Just think - an ANN covering election fraud non-stop on cable. That would be damn hard for the American people to ignore. Confession time: I was initially for the Iraq war because 1) of talk radio and 2) the networks. Then I woke up one day and realized that I had been had and I am NEVER going back. If it can happen to a reasonably intelligent me, it can happen to most of the rest of the country.
