Weird. They are debating Pombo's offshore drilling bill. Most Democrats are against it but some, like Neil Abercrombie surprisingly, are very much for it.
The White House just came out agaist the bill like five minutes ago for budget reasons. We could see Bush's first veto!

1. he won't veto anything his entire term. Signing statments are better |

besides he can just attach a signing statement at the end and do whatever he wants anyway-like he's done 750 times already
