I wanted to let you know about the latest developments in the Office of the Attorney General.
Last week, I announced a $26.4 million settlement with the partner-members of Passport. Passport is the Medicaid service provider for the Greater Louisville region. I launched an investigation in December and concluded that the Passport partners illegally diverted Medicaid funds from Passport back to doctor groups and hospitals. I was able to recover $26.4 million on behalf of taxpayers and worked with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to ensure that Passport had increased accountability moving forward.

That's a record of results and fighting for issues that are important to Kentucky families. But there is still much more work to do, which is why I need your help in this campaign for a second term.
