First requested recount (the other was mandatory) and the first by hand (the other was a machine count)
We might win and if we are going to lose, it's almost worth the money to lose by more than 42 stinking votes.
The largest benefit would be if the hand count results are significantly different than machine counts- win or not, spotlighting that possibility would be of benefit to everyone.
