1. It looks like the reconstruction is a sham

The more and more you look at this situation, the more this is about a hollow shell venture than even getting oil. The lack of infrastructure is nothing short of a complete collapse of the U.S. led coalition in Iraq. If you think about it, why would developing oil in Iraq be good for ANY U.S. company? It would increase the worldwide supply, thus lowering crude oil prices. This whole war will leave Iraq looking as bad as Somalia before long.
