tactical move by Arnebeck. There won't be enough time for the Ohio Supreme Court to read the filing and respond to it as a matter of law rather than as a matter of pure Republican politics.

If no injunction is granted, and the electors go ahead and meet anyway to certify Bush, Arnebeck and Jackson will have all the ammo they'll need for weeks more legal action and mainstream media coverage of any demonstrations they can mount.

On the other hand, if the Republicans do the smart thing and delay the electors' meeting voluntarily, then Arnebeck and Jackson will have the mainstream headlines they'd need to press for media examination of every aspect of massive Republican election crime this year.
