...but not in the way customarily thought. The emergence of a nuclear power infrastructure (at a bargain price it appears) means that the standard of living of will be improved throughout its grid and outside the grid, life and commerce will benefit by the presence of alternative energy sources freeing up conventional energy. Redundance also generates economic strength and resilience. From electrical power comes economic power, from economic power, political power.

Power generating capital infrastructure is the subject of belligerent American policies disguised as "weapons proliferation issues" or "terrorism issues."
