They already know the Shiites will win everything, so better to give the election the finger than play patsy. Bush wants this "demon-cracy" thing so bad he will sell his soul to the devil to become the second Christ. Expect more "edicts" from Our Great Leader the Lord Bush.
Hey Bushie-babe - if this is your election policy - then why didnt you offer some cabinet posts and senate seats to some Dems EVEN THOUGH THEY "might have lost" the election?? Huh Huh?
