63. W stands for Waldo....
Edited on Wed Dec-29-04 09:17 PM by rainbow4321
Always has...back when he was stealing the first election <and he was out campaigning like it was going to be a REAL election>, he pissed off the Texas lawmakers by running around the country instead of staying here and addressing TX problems <most of which he caused, BTW>. One lawmaker had made a comment that the W stood for Waldo and they felt like they were playing Where's Waldo/"W" when it came to getting shrub's attention.

He never did show back up here when the tornado went thru downtown Ft Worth..he was too busy "campaigning" outside of Texas and sent the Lt Gov. to survey the area. When the reporters asked the Lt Gov when shrub would be returning to look at the downtown devastation, the Lt Gov smiled and said the reporters would have to ask shrub's office.
Yet a few weeks later when that Catholic Church official died in NYC, shrub took time out and showed up for the funeral..guess he thought of it as a more important photo op than coming back here to TX.
