I mean, seriously, did anyone else here get a load of some of his campaign speeches? He bent over backwards to insult anyone who wasn't part of his special base, and his carefully screened crowds screeched insults about Kerry and Edwards.
If you've read Tom Daschle's "Like No Other Time," you'll know that he A) likes to control people and B) projects his own vices onto other people (for example, his command to Tom Daschle that Daschle never lie to him -- and then Bush proceeded to lie to all of us).
Bush is like the abusive husband who promises the wife that things will be different this time.
