17. Arnold had the highest DISfavorable rating of any winning gov.
They did an exit favorable/disfavorable poll during the recall election. What was interesting was that it was about 48%/48% with women actually giving him a higher DISAPPROVAL score. That means all those who didn't vote for him didn't like him. Arnold still thinks, like Boy George at the outset, that he can somehow charm or bully bluff his way to get what he wants. In the end he's as phoney as his skin peel.
