3. It's been said here before, Bush is a uniter not a divider.

Pakistan,India and Iran join up for a gas pipeline. China and Russia will be holding joint military exercises this fall. China, Russia and 4 'stans' come together to request the US give up their military bases in 4 'stans'(Uzbekistan gave us 180 days notice). Iraq and Iran are on friendly and improving terms. Don't get me wrong though, the world needs more international cooperation, less unilaterism (Bush's specialty).

It will be interesting to see how Rummy reacts to the radar news, he sounded warning bells when Venezuala purchased 100,000 AK-47s.
