that includes quotes from an editorial. The piece gives us a few facts, or dots, to work with. We read the report and connect the dots and come to our own opinions.
My opinion is not much different from yours; we will see increased use of busses and bicycles in the near future. Furthermore, an oil embargo is a real possibility because anything is possible with Commander Coo-Coo Bananas in charge.
