All he would have to do is have us all apply for a Citco credit card and verify our incomes. If a person qualified, their credit card would work as a discount card. Everyone else (rich republicans) could pay 2.65 or the going price. The people with the discount cards would pay a discounted amount.
This could be made to work really easily. And I am all for it!
I am sick of the republican congress and white house "enroning" middle class Americans. The currtent price of gasoline is not an accident. It was planned by these thieves and congress is not doing anything about it.
