With all the lies that Bush has told the American people, something like this was going to happen. The Bush runup to the war touted how easy and quickly we will be out of Iraq and it will also be cheap in terms of lives and money. However, like everything else Bush touches, it turned to shit and his lies are coming back to haunt him. If you'll remember, the neocons said that Iraq will be able to pay us back with oil revenues. Well, that's not happening because the oil industry is in disrepair and it's being sabotaged. The loan idea is our way of expressing anger for what's happening.
