Mr. Walker has been making essentially the same speech whenever he gets a chance, mostly in the US, for several years. I first heard him at least four years ago. His speeches have been carried on NPR and reported in the press. Nobody bothers to pay attention because they don't like the message and because he says things that no politician regardless of party wants to hear. Maybe the fact that he made this speech overseas will get more attention. That seems to have worked in your case, bottomofhtehill. Let's hope it works with the sheeple too.
