some remote mountain or desert area because there is no fresh air anywhere else thanks to the combustion engine. That fact of life has nothing to do with smokers. If you drive a vehicle you're contributing to that fact of modern life.

How would you like it if a smoker told you if you want to turn your car engine on, fine, but do it in your garage with the door closed?
