Ohio's 2000 and 2004 Elections Still Not Over for Some
Advertisements [?]
COLUMBUS (AP) President Bush is almost midway through his second term and Ohio Supreme Court Justice Alice Robie Resnick is nearly retired, yet the elections that got them there are still the subject of contention in Ohio courts and political circles.

The disputed 2000 presidential election that was settled by the U.S. Supreme Court bred cynicism that hasn't died.
