18. I, OTOH, think that a man who abuses those who he is supposed

to be responsible for, be they spouse, children, infirm dependents, or aged parents, deserves what he gets. I don't believe in the death penalty, but killing in self defense is entirely legitimate. Even if that self defense takes the form of shooting him while he's sleeping.

But that's just me.
