Bush authorized the leak, and then commuted Libby's sentence for obstructing the investigation into who leaked. It was bush, and if he didn't break the law on the outing because he's the president, he certainly broke the record on the COMPLETE FRAUD that he committed on the public. He's a serial liar.
It was in Libby's grand jury testimony, revealed publicly for the first time in the government filing, that the former White House official stated that Bush had approved Cheney's instruction to reveal portions of a classified prewar National Intelligence Estimate...
