Any administration the would stand by doing nothing after the Katrina disaster is perfectly capable of allowing a false-flag operation against Americans to occur if it helped them to attain their goals. I also feel that Cheney has the audacity to use warnings about nuclear weapons going off in the US as a veiled threat. These people have gone beyond being criminally insane and seem oblivious to the fact that their popularity is dropping even further.
