An Al Queda Boogeyman that doesn't even look like the Boogeyman in
question, rather than let us all relax, they will spook up this notion that

We saw this Black Flag Op Shit before, back when we saw Condi Rice saying they had no pre-911 intelligence - and then wehen she was FORCED by the 911 commission to reveal the early August '01 Intelligence report, <gasp and double gasp> Along came her shaking hands with the report that Bin Laden planned on flying planes into the major Amerrican skyscrapers.

Black flag ops work real well on the sheeple here at home.
