148 in 2004 199 in 2005 101 in 2006 75 in 2007 http://www.iags.org/iraqpipelinewatch.htm attacks seemed to have dropped of greatly since the end of July it seems the site hasn't even been updating them or, attacks were non existent until lately  I'm sure the oil infrastructure that was in disrepair and outright ignored by Saddam in his last ten years is pumping at a capacity greater then those last oil embargo years. There are people who would like to see the Iraqi supply being stopped. If it is stopped, world supply drops and prices are kept high by the demand. let the Iraqi's open those spigots and flood the market I say |
