8. This was a cop out for Leahy. The moment he came up with.............
........this hair brained idea of "inviting" Bybee to testify, we all knew that he wouldn't show. AND, Leahy played this bullshit scheme up for his political gain. My opinion of what is going to happen on the torture thing is Bybee will be disbarred and forced to resign, Yoo and Hadley will be disbarred and that will be the end of that. Maybe, just maybe if any more "bombshells" come out there may be further prosecutions, but I seriously doubt it.
