Alas, I fear that a Kerry White House would be as likely to invade Venezuela as Bush. One of Kerry's national security advisers is the noxious Rand Beers, whose resumé includes Drug War aerial fumigation of Columbia and a court deposition declaring links between Al Qaeda and FARC. Another adviser is the corporate oil slickster Richard Morningstar.
