maybe once he realizes what it is like to live in pain, he'll become a little less self-rightous about medical marijuana and about funding for AIDS and a million other crazy ego-motivated kookoo ideas he has. He is finding out what it is like to have the relief of medicine that will take his pain away. He has made life difficult and painful for many people and I'm not sad that he is learning a lesson about compassion and being scared and needing to rely on the kindness and compassion of others.
