3. Expect lots about drugs and Jamaica in the U.S. press soon

If so, the talking points would be something like:

War on Drugs ==> War on Terror.

Jamaica has drugs ==> Jamaica supports terror.

Jamaican government needs to be overthrown, and replaced with a 'democratic' government more to BFEE's liking.

I don't think they really intend to overthrow the Jamaican government, but they would hope that a few well placed hints in the press might bring Jamaica back into the BFEE fold.
