It qualifies in that it presented a mostly one-sided view, selectively omitted information favorable to Blumenthal, misrepresented his lapses as a pattern of behavior, failed to disclose that his political opponent was a source of information presented in the story, falsely reported that Harvard had no record of Blumenthal ever being on the swim team, and more.
