anyone who has been to Japan would second this. In my opinion, if Palmosian molested/raped the amount he's been accused, I stand by he molested/raped double Japanese children. Sex crimes are very often hidden and bring shame to the family and victim children. Unless Palmosian is shown to be some kind of racists/Arian type of criminal, I stand by most of his victims were Japanese or other Asians he could molest. He could too easily run off to the base and no one could follow or touch him. There would be complicated military/Japanese governmental procedures. The Japanese police would have a miserable time investigating. Victims, if the did come forward, which I very much doubt, may have not even known he was US military and the Japanese police couldn't just walk on base and conduct and investigation.

I think any sort of psychiatrist is going to come to this conclusion. This guy wanted victims and easiest place to find them, with least danger to him, was off base. Just think of his risk of molesting other military personels' children!

I think you're going to hear the above in the future.
