Remember, Russia DID get Iraqi oil - and has been all but cut out of the picture due to bushjr's petulance over the lack of support for the UN Security council resolution per the war - and due to bushjrs outstanding debts to certain US corporate giants who needed their cut of the Iraqi pie, first.
