<sarcasm>And the evidence of this secularist reign of terror are the many mouldering bodies of Christians murdered by marauding secularists, the many churches in flames, and the mass bankruptcy of Christian businesses, that we see all around us. </sarcasm>

The problem of rhetorical hyperbola like this is that it encourages hyperbolic action. This is a call for a reign of terror AGAINST secularists. Be very afraid.
