47. Yeah, I wouldn't read too much into them.

My take is that people just think they're funny.

Some people like to trick out their rides. I guess it started in the Fifties. Remember the hula girls who swayed on dashboards, fuzzy dice, dogs with bobbing heads, rugs for the area behind the back seat just under the window (a place there's gotta be a name for but I don't know it), fender skirts?

More recently it's been decals, bumper stickers, those " ______on board" triangles. Mexicans around here like those lights underneath the car and, of course, low riders.

I never liked the decals of Calvin (of "Calvin and Hobbes") pissing on something but they were popular, usually with Playboy bunny silhouettes on the other side of the back window.
