break a bad habit.

Ie; I'm "not" going to smoke, I'm "not" afraid, I'm "not" gaining weight etc. etc. your subconscious mind works on a literal basis, and will focus on what you're trying to avoid, in stead of your desired goal.

You're better off giving it positive programming without the mention of the negative.

Someone once said the best defense is a good offense, this is why the so called "conservatives" and corporate supremacists need to be attacked on their ground.

What's conservative about trashing the planet as if there were no tomorrow?

If you just sit back and defend, you will lose little by little, a word here, another word there, then an ideal, then you lose the people.
