More proof "many analysts" are in fact "tools". It will fail, the war never had a coherent goal, and thus it will never achieve it. The only noticable goal, for some years now, is to avoid the appearance of fecklessness, an effort doomed to fail because the war, however violent, was always a feckless enterprise.
