It's a question of who is really in control within the elite coalition of Bush Mob (a.k.a. IranContra Crew since before there was even an IranContra), the elite globalists (who have Kerry as well set up for their purposes as Bush) and the Real Christians. I think the latter are disposable to the first two.

And I think PNAC/neocons is an ideological phenomenon; they provide the rationale for what the real elite wants regardless. And they (the same crew of Wolfowitz, Perle and Likud intellectuals) have been doing so a looooong time, before they morphed into PNAC.
