In Leadership 101, he should have done the following...

Aide comes in to tell him the seriousness of the attack.
He should have quietly called the teacher over and mentioned that there was a minor emergency that he needed to take care of.. said his quick bye byes to the children and acted like a Real Leader.

As I see it, he didn't have to exit the classroom because everybody else was doing the work. It is a perfect example of how worthless his opinion or his input is to this nation.

The World needs to see this footage over and over again!
How do we make that happen?
