12. Hijack
I've been playing with this thought for a couple of days now and I think this is a good place to float it.

Lieberman has been bothering me for a couple of weeks now because he is saying and doing things that, on the surface, seem self-destructive and utterly foolih. We all know that Joe isn't stupid. He's actually very bright. So my skeptical nature kicks in and tells me that Joe knows something I don't. Like he will ultimately win the nomination because the party base won't count in the ultimate decision. That he will have all the money he needs to wait out Dean and Kerry while the media feeding frenzy over the front runners destroys them both. He may be, as so aptly noted above, the last democrat standing.

So what are our options?

In the interest of getting * out of the WH, it is suggested that we hold our nose and vote for Joe......or.....there is another way.

In terms of shear numbers, the democratic wing of the democratic party outweighs the Greens. Maybe we should hijack the Green party and put our own candidate up. (I know that means we concede the WH to dubya again, but if Joe is the last man standing, that will happen anyway.) Eventually, in four years, we could own the Green party and bury the OLD Democratic party.

We have a lot in common with the greens. An alliance is not out of the question.

Face it. If our values are being hijacked by elites who pretend to be out leaders, then we really don't have a home. Maybe its time we made one for ourselves.

Let the flaming begin..............
