This was on the best "town hall" broadcast about the war that I saw, in early April on Univision. Not surprisingly, most government functionaries (dem and rep) supported the war; few from the ranks of those fighting it (or their relatives) did. One of the things I'll never forget is crossing the street in front of all the cars assembled for Sgt. Walters-Bey's funeral at St. Matthew's church. The Walters live about 1/2 mile from me, though we are not acquainted.
